I love, love, love back to school time! Looking over schedules of new classes, planning first day outfits, packing lunches, and even shopping for supplies.

Snack Mix Ingredients

• 4 Cups Goldfish® Crackers
• 1 Cup Peanuts
• 1 Cup Mini Chocolate Coated Candies
• 1 Cup Raisins
• 2 Cups round cereal

First, add Goldfish® crackers to a large bowl. For this snack mix, I went with Goldfish crackers Xtra Cheddar, but the pretzels would have been yummy too! A go-to snack in our house, Goldfish crackers seem to always make it in the cart. Sometimes the kids claim little bags for themselves and other times, like this, I pick up the bulk boxes because they are on rollback for $5.98 at Walmart!

Next, add in all the other snack mix ingredients.

Now for the fun part – mix it all up! This snack mix, and Goldfish crackers in general are the perfect solution for my kids snacking and mealtime recipes. My husband has even been grabbing them to take to work as well, so it looks like I will be mixing this snack mix up often.

Have this snack mix ready to go by filling plastic baggies for snacking and lunch boxes, or even fill bento box containers! The number of ingredients I used made 10 bags, with about 1 cup of snack mix in each one.
