Are you wondering what to do if you have two Elf on the Shelf? If you need ideas for two Elf on the Shelf, I’ve got some for you. I’ve got some because we are a two elf home.

We became a two Elf on the Shelf home a few years ago when when my daughter decided her twin brother could have the boy elf and she needed a girl elf. A friend was getting rid of one so her wish was granted.

Ideas for Two Elf on the Shelf

Having two Elf on the Shelf doesn’t require much more work, especially when you aim for effortless Elf on the Shelf ideas. Basically, you can do whatever you have planned and set both elves together.

Both elves can hang out in the Christmas tree, both elves can hide in the freezer together, and both elves can pretend to play with your child’s toys.

There are some ideas for two Elf on the Shelf that work better when you have two elves. Below are some of those ideas, if you have found yourself the proud owner of two Elf on the Shelf!

#1 Tape one elf to the wall and have the other elf holding the tape dispenser.

#2 Have two Elf on the Shelf play a game together. We have some “World’s Smallest Games” my kids got last year for Christmas, and they are going to work great for the elves!

#3 Wrap one elf in toilet paper or tie them up in string. Have the other elf holding the roll of toilet paper or string. Basically, any kind of mischief can involve one elf against the other.

#4 Have one Elf on the Shelf propose to the other. They could become a family with little baby Elf on the Shelfs. Yes, they exist, and yes, we have two…

#5 The elves can attend a carnival together with the Elf on the Shelf Christmas Carnival Games printable.

#6 Use pretzels and marshmallows to make dumbbells so the elves can work out together. You need a spotter at the gym of course, so this is the perfect idea for two Elf on the Shelf!

#7 Get your elves matching Elf on the Shelf Clothes (there are sweaters and pajamas for Christmas!) and set them up for a elf family movie night or family photo session!

#8 Grab an Elf on the Shelf Gingerbread House Printable and have the elves build a gingerbread house together!

#9 Give the elves small instruments like whistles or kazoos and have them start a band!

#10 Lay one elf down like he is taking a nap and have the other elf reading a bedtime story. Check out the Mini Elf-Sized Book Printables from HomeschoolingMyKineticKids.com!
