    It is so important to make sure yo take some time out each day and focus on yourself. I like to escape into a hot bath with a good book I can get lost in.

    These are such great ideas and make me realize that most of them should be done more often like cleaning out those apps I never use. I love gardening so that is one I will definitely do.

    Me time is so important for anyone and i can only imagine how much so for mothers. I know that I need quiet time away from my hubby now and then. Shhhh, don’t tell hi though
