If you use Instagram you may have heard about Fit Girls Guide. You may be left wondering What is Fit Girls Guide and is it worth it? I’m answering that question and sharing my review after using Fit Girls Guide for 6 months now! (Update, as of July 2023 it has been 2 years!)

What Is Fit Girls Guide?

First, I get no compensation whatsoever from Fit Girls Guide and I do not work for or with them in any way. I purchased their 12 Week Bootcamp in March of 2021 and have been doing Fit Girls Guide Challenges on Instagram ever since. Why? Because I LOVE FIT GIRLS GUIDE AND THE POSITIVE CHANGES IN MY LIFE!

What is Fit Girls Guide? They offer several different workout guides that your print from home AND do the workouts from home. You can do the workouts without any equipment or you can do them with things like a yoga mat, dumbbells, exercise bands, and exercise ball.

For the Fit Girls Guide Boot Camp, each week is broken down into 3 Fit Girls Routines + 4 Cardio\HIIT days, + Rest Day. Yes, rest day!! The workouts progressively get harder every two weeks during the boot camp. There is a mixture of drills, supersets, and circuits and a variety of different moves to work every part of your body every week.

There are several different programs besides the boot camp. You can begin with any of them, incuding 28-Day Jumpstart, Build Your Own Workout Guide, Yoga, and Fitkini. I’m starting Fitkini on August 30th for the next Fit Girls Challenge (I’d love for you to join us!!).

Each workout guide comes with recipes and there are also separate cookbooks you can buy for meal planning. Egg McFit Fun, Pita Pizza, Elvis Overnight Oats, and Banana Fit Sundae are some of my absolute favorites.

Fit Girls Guide Revew

Six months ago, in March 2021, I decided to make permanent changes in my life. I was feeling anxious, stressed, overwhelmed, and overall unhealthy.

That day back in March, I came across Fit Girls in my Instagram feed. Let me just say…life changing! Fast forward to August 2021 and I thought I’d share my thoughts and feelings with a Fit Girls Guide Review.

I’m happier, healthier, more confident, stronger, and over all feel so much better after doing this for 6 months. All because I’m spending 30-45 minutes a day, 6 days a week, on myself. Self Care and Me Time rolled into one!

When I started Fit Girls 12 Week Boot Camp, I didn’t have any weight loss goals. I just wanted to start working out consistently. Doing something I would enjoy doing forever. I found my forever fitness lifestyle!

The boot camp challenged me in so many ways. I never missed a workout during those 12 weeks, and still haven’t. I’ve swapped days and types of workouts but I’ve always gotten in 6 days a week. I enjoy it THAT MUCH!!

My physical results from my start in March 2021 to August 2021 are:

*Starting Weight 183 | Current Weight 150
*Started with 5lb Dumbbells |Currently using 10lb Dumbbells and 20lb Kettlebell
*Started with Push Ups on my Knees | Currently doing Push Ups without my Knees
*Beginning Clothing Size XL – 16/18 | Current Clothing Size S/M | 10/12

(At my heaviest in 2015 and 4 weeks ago in July 2021.)
