Mint Chocolate Fluff is oh my gosh amazing! I was eating it straight out of the container for two days. There is just something about pudding desserts that I love making. Probably because they are easy, and there are so many different things you can do. If you are looking for a St. Patrick’s Day Dessert, this Mint Chocolate Fluff would be perfect!
Mint Chocolate Fluff Recipe
One container of frozen whipped topping (thawed)
2-3 Cups crushed mint chocolate sandwich cookies
2 Cups mini marshmallows
One box of vanilla instant pudding
- Mix vanilla instant pudding according to package
- Fold in thawed whipped topping
- Fold in crushed cookies and marshmallows
- Refrigerator for an hour
- Eat & Enjoy!
This fluff is SO easy to make and I could go on and on about the deliciousness. I can guarantee I’ll be making another batch before St. Patrick’s Day rolls around.
