Activate beast mode for the 12 Days of Christmas Kettlebell Challenge! I’ve created a fun kettlebell workout ladder for the holidays and I’d love for you to join me!
I must say that I am not trained or certified in anything fitness or health related. I just enjoy my kettlebell and challenging myself with fun workouts.
12 Days of Christmas Kettlebell Challenge
I will be starting the 12 Days of Christmas Kettlebell Challenge on December 25th, like the traditional 12 Days of Christmas. I share my fitness journey on Instagram and will be using the hashtag #12DaysofBells when I start the challenge. You can start it anytime you would like using the printable at the end of the post!
Each day of the 12 Days of Christmas Kettlebell Challenge increases in the amount of reps per workout. However, the amount of times you will complete the entire set decreases each day.
You will start by doing each kettlebell workout 1 time and you will do the entire set 12 times. You will finish with doing each kettlebell workout 12 times and you will do the entire set once.
The kettlebell workouts in this 12 Days of Christmas Kettlebell Challenge include swings, cleans, snatches, and goblet squats. All things I personally want to increase my reps at and enough movement to get in a great workout if that’s all I do that day!
