Today is the day that darkness arrives! Now in theaters, I can finally share my Thor: The Dark World Review with you from my Red Carpet Premiere experience at El Capitan Theatre! I won’t bring the hammer down on the fun as I am not a spoiler, but there are so many reasons you won’t want to miss Thor: The Dark World. For those on #TeamLoki, I gotta tell you that Tom Hiddleston makes all the magic happen in this movie. Hiddleston’s scenes make Thor: The Dark World as awesome as it is, in my opinion.

We return to Asgard and Thor is trying to restore order in the realms. Loki is in big trouble and King Odin has sent him on a permanent time out. Jane Foster is still waiting for Thor to return to her and manages to end up in the realms. They are reunited, under the worst of all circumstances and sunlight or darkness for the world and the realms depends Jane Foster. There are parts that I wasn’t expecting, especially the ending, and I love that in a movie. There wasn’t a dull moment and you will find yourself on the edge of your seat a couple times.

There will be death and yes I cried, there will be love and I almost cried, and there will be laughs and my cheeks hurt, thank you Professor. Erik Selvig. Best off all, there are some kick butt battles scenes and creepy elves. Grab your 3D glasses as Marvel, and Loki’s illusions, take you on another Thor-iffic journey to Asgard and beyond in Thor: The Dark World! Now, for some Red Carpet fun at El Capitan Theatre!

After Thor: The Dark World wowed us, we headed to the lobby and checked out the Thor Costume pieces that El Capitan Theatre has on display. Thor’s Hammer and Helmet are there and the Hammer is signed by some of the cast. Loki’s helmet was there as well – don’t you love the long horns?! El Capitan Theatre often displays pieces and costumes from the movies on display which I think really adds to the ambiance of the theatre.

A lot of the actors and actresses from Thor: The Dark World, as well as many other celebrities,  were hanging around in the lobby and outside the El Capitan Theatre. We saw Zachary Levi (Fandral) come out and sign autographs with fans. Nathan Fillion from Castle walked out. Deby Ryan, the star of Jeesie on the Disney Channel, stopped to take pics with some of the fabulous bloggers. Me and Enza’s Bargains spotted Micheal Rooker, Merle Dixon on The Walking Dead, and chatted with him for a few minutes.

It was another amazing experience walking the Red Carpet for the Thor: The Dark World Premiere. I was just inches from Chris Hemsworth and Stan Lee and that is something I never thought I would ever say. The atmosphere at the El Capitan Theatre was amazing. The Thor: The Dark World Theme Song coming from the speakers, fans lining the streets dressed as Thor, Loki, Sif, and other comic book characters. It really was like something you see on TV.
