While cleaning out the twins room recently, I made a decision. No more toys unless they had an educational value to them and were something the twins would enjoy for awhile.
Too many toys are messes and too many messes are stresses in our house right now. If I was going to add anymore toys to the room, they would be used for learning, and I did just that while Taking Play Time Back in Time with Tin Toy Arcade.
Taking Play Time Back in Time with Tin Toy Arcade
I got to chance to shop around TinToyArcade.com and pick out a few items of my choosing. When I spotted the reproductions of Fisher-Price Toys from back in the day, I wanted to buy them all. Instead, I went with something I loved as a child. A child who played teacher a lot.
The Fisher-Price School Days Desk took me right back to childhood when I took it out of the box. Chalk with the small eraser, storage inside for all our school teachery things, and part of me didn’t want to hand it over to the twins, but I did.
The twins LOVE puzzles. All kinds of puzzles. The Retro Inventions Puzzle is fun and educational! There are ten pieces and each puzzle piece is a retro invention that changed the world. Underneath each piece are some details about the invention. Pretty cool right?!
I couldn’t leave the older two kids out of the fun. Wire Puzzles will give their idle hands plenty of things to do. This set of 12 metal puzzles comes in a box you can use for storage and includes hints if you get stumped. I don’t think you will be needing them though…
Check out Tin Toy Arcade for classic retro fun!
