Tons of Play Possibilities with Schleich Farm World Large Red Barn is a sponsored post with Schleich. Any opinions are 100% my own and that of my 4-year-old.
I honestly don’t even know where to begin with the awesomeness that is the Large Red Barn. We received it last week and it hasn’t left the living room. Mr. Oliver has been playing with it at least once a day and with tons of play possibilities with Schleich Farm World Large Red Barn I can see why!
Schleich Farm World Large Red Barn
Founded over 80 years ago, Schleich is one of Germany’s largest toy manufacturers and a leading international provider of realistic hand-painted playsets and toy figurines. This is my first experience with Schleich and I’m really impressed with the quality. It comes ready to build, and by build, I mean snap together. It all goes together very easily and I had it built in less than 20 minutes without any tools. As you can see, the roof is removable and the doors move to make room for playing inside.
What Comes with Schleich Farm World Large Red Barn
There are adorable Black Angus Cow and Black Angus Calf figurines included with the Farm World Large Red Barn. Sturdy and lots of attention to detail as you can see in the photo below. The famous Schleich figurines are sold in more than 50 countries and loved by children around the world. Other animal figurines you can purchase for the barn include goats, sheep, roosters, pigs, and more!
Other accessories included in the newest addition to Schleich’s Farm World playsets include:
- A farmer who can hold onto and push the wheelbarrow as well as use the pitchfork.
- Ladder so the farmer can climb into the haylofts.
- Feed and trough for the animals.
- Rope Winch for lifting feed into the hayloft.
- Fencing to corral the animals.
- and more!
Isn’t the Schleigh Farm World Large Red Barn awesome?! So many ways to play and a sturdy design that I can see standing up to years of play! The design of the Schleich figurines and play worlds sets, the manufacturing of the production tools, and all quality and safety checks are carried out in Germany. Even though it is based in Germany, Schleich currently generates more than half of its sales outside its core market in Germany. Add my son to the core market list, who said:
“Mom, I really love this barn and human. And the cows, I really like them and want more.”
I can’t wait to see the twins faces with the find more figurines in their stocking. Miss Charlie asked for another farmer so her and Mr. Oliver could both be farmers. As well as sheep and pigs. I have a feeling this is going to quickly become a favorite toy for both of them – job well done Schleich!
Schleigh Farm World Large Red Barn is designed for ages 3+ and priced at $99 but I spotted it on sale on Amazon.com for $79.97 right now! (that price could change at any time)
