For as long as I can remember, I’ve always put mashed potatoes and corn on my biscuits and made it into a sandwich. Sometimes I throw on some turkey or ham, depending on the holiday.
Thing is, I’ve only been enjoying this deliciousness on holidays. Why do I wait? With Cooked Perfect Meatballs, I can make Meatball Mashed Potato Biscuit Bowls for any meal or party!

Whether you are looking for new ideas to add to the family dinner menu or want something tasty for the big game, these Meatball Mashed Potato Biscuit Bowls are where it’s at!
All you need are four yummy foods all stacked together for one-handed deliciousness, one of them being Cooked Perfect Meatballs. You can find them right in the freezer aisle in several flavors, including Italian, Turkey, Angus and the Homestyle meatballs I used for this recipe.

Meatball Mashed Potato
Biscuit Bowls
Ingredients
- Cooked Perfect Meatballs – one for each biscuit you are making (I used the Homestyle variety but you can use any of the flavors.)
- (1) Can of Refrigerated Biscuits
- Mashed Potatoes – I made enough for four servings which is probably enough for 16 bowls.
- (1) Can of Corn
- Brown Gravy – This goes a long way so you only need about 1/2 cup for 16 bowls.

First, cook the meatballs and cover them with foil when they are done, to keep them warm while the biscuits bake. Depending on the temperature your biscuits need to cook, you may be able to cook them at the same time.
I baked the Cooked Perfect Homestyle Meatballs in the oven for 15 minutes, made they turned out delicious. You could also heat the meatballs in the microwave or skillet.

To make the biscuit bowls, place the biscuits into muffin tins and press them up around the edge to form a bowl.

Bake them as directed on the package. They will puff up like cauliflower and that is okay because when the biscuits are done, you are going to cut a bit of the middle out so you can fill it.

Now it’s time to fill the Meatball Mashed Potato Bowls! Star with a spoonful of mashed potatoes in the bottom of each biscuit bowl.
Next spoon gravy over the mashed potatoes and top that with a spoonful of corn. Now for the meatballs! Place one meatball on top of each biscuit bowl and push it down just a bit.
The Meatball Mashed Potato Biscuit Bowls are ready to eat! You could also reheat the biscuit bowl to mesh flavors and warm throughout.
They aren’t messy thanks to the biscuit holding everything together, and they make for great finger food during parties too.

Crafted using select meats, real cheeses, and savory herbs, then flame broiled to sear in the flavor, the Cooked Perfect Meatballs make the perfect addition to one of my favorite sandwich creations. You could even switch corn out for carrots and swap gravy to mix things up.

While you are planning those big game appetizers and easy weeknight dinners, keep this recipe and Cooked Perfect Meatballs in mind.
