I love food. I’m not an emotional eater or binge eater. I just really like flavor and food. The problem? I don’t always go for the foods that are good for me or I over indulge on my favorites.

I’d been hearing a lot about the 21 Day Fix and decided to give it  a whirl. After all, I’m on a journey to shed this baby weight and start a new lifestyle so why not learn to love the right food with 21 Day Fix.

What is 21 Day Fix?

21 Day Fix is Simple Fitness and Simple Eating

I’m using 21 Day Fix to help me with clean eating. Fast results are awesome, but I want to find new and healthier foods to add to my menu.

The 21 Day Fix package includes containers for food, shakeology shaker, guide-book, and workout DVDs. The guide is super easy to use and helped me figure out what my calorie intake should be, what foods to be eating, and how much.

I really like the list of foods for each container! I can stick them in my purse when I head to store and grab a few items off of each list for the week.

Starting 21 Day Fix

So, this is it. Simple eating and simple fitness have begun for me! I hit the grocery store and stocked up on lean meats, whole grains, fruits, veggies, raw almonds, cheddar cheese, yogurt, and hard-boiled eggs for this week.

I’m really looking forward to flushing my body of processed foods over the next few weeks. There will be some struggles, some headaches, and probably some whining.

Have you tried 21 Day Fix?
