Pretzels are a go-to for snack time in our house. The kids love them on a plate with cheese and grapes. I love them dipped in chocolate. We all love them when they are flavored pretzels, especially when the result is Lemon Pepper Pretzels. This is a super simple recipe that will create your newest snack crush.
Lemon Pepper Pretzels
- 2 (15oz.) Bags of Thin Pretzel Sticks
- 8oz. Buttery Flavored Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Pepper Seasoning (Amazon Affiliate Link)
- 1 (.4oz.) Packet of Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
How to Make Lemon Pepper Pretzels
First, combine oil, seasoning and dressing packet in a small bowl until well blended (all seasonings will not dissolve in oil). Next, dump the bags of pretzels into a LARGE bowl. Then pour half of the oil mixture over the pretzels and stir well to coat the pretzel sticks. Repeat with remaining oil mixture.
Let pretzels stand for 10 minutes and stir again. Now place pretzels in 2 gallon sized zipper bags and leave tops of bags partially open for 1 hour.
After that, you can snack on Lemon Pepper Pretzels to your heart’s content, or until the last stick is gone! If you wanted, you could swap the Lemon Pepper for 2 tsp Garlic Powder for delicious Garlic Ranch Pretzel Sticks. Yum!
