These Easy Cheesy Chicken Biscuit Bites are part of a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Tyson®. The opinions and text are all mine.
Last year my daughter took an after-school culinary class offered by her middle school. She’s excited that it’s being offered again and I love that she’s getting creative in the kitchen.
Not only are we adding new recipes to the menu, but it’s also fun to spend time with her in the kitchen. We recently created Easy Cheesy Chicken Biscuit Bites the whole family loved!
She likes cooking easy meals that don’t require a lot of prep, kind of like her mom. Chicken is a favorite of ours, but not necessarily the part of cooking and cutting it up. Tyson® Grilled and Ready® Chicken Breast Strips bring the “easy” to these Cheesy Chicken Biscuit Bites.
Not only did they bring the easy because they are fully cooked, but they also gave me an effortless way to make a healthy home cooked meal. It’s 100% all-natural and made with all-white meat and 97% fat-free which made me feel better about adding extra cheese to my biscuit.
Easy Cheesy Chicken Biscuit Bites
- Tyson® Grilled and Ready® Chicken Breast Strips
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 Can Refrigerated Biscuits
Simply toss the chicken into a pan to heat through, and while it’s heating up, flatten out the biscuits. When the chicken is heated, place a small pile on a flattened biscuit, top with cheese, and pinch ends shut to form a ball. Bake according to the biscuit directions to have yourselves some deliciousness!
Not only did this meal please my family and allow me to spend some time with my teen daughter, but it also rewarded her school as well. The Tyson® Project A+™ program is one of the simplest ways to support your school.
Simply clip and collect Tyson® Project A+™ labels from Tyson® participating packages that you can find at Walmart. For every label submitted, Tyson® will give the school cash and the school can use the money for whatever it needs!
