Berries are what summer tastes like to me. Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, you name it, I will gobble it up.

Easy Berry Bites are the perfect snack or treat!

It has nothing to do with my maiden name having berry in it or my love for Strawberry Shortcake as a child. Berries are just downright delicious, no matter how you eat them. Like in this Easy Berry Bites recipe!

Easy Berry Bites with
Three Types of Berries

Delicious, easy, and made with fresh berries. You can’t ask for much better when it comes to a Summer Dessert with berries!

Easy Berry Bites

Do you have little ones that love berries too?! My twins LOVE blueberries as you can see from the little hand that snuck in and stole each and every blueberry from my photo backdrop.

Easy Berry Bites

These easy berry bites are exactly what the title says. EASY! Simply use pre-made phyllo dough shells and fill them with whipping cream, pudding, or mousse and then top them with blackberries, blueberries, and sliced strawberries.

With the colors, they make a great red, white, and blue 4th of July Dessert too! You could even swap one of the berries for raspberries or make it a quadruple berry dessert!

Easy Berry Bites are delicious and easy snack or treat!

I love strawberries about any way you fix them. I was going through this blog hop and one of the others has a strawberry dipped in caramel recipe that I am going to have to try.
