Corn Casserole. That’s the dish I look forward to every Thanksgiving and Christmas. One my daughter now looks forward to as well and requests several times throughout the year. It really is that good and it’s a recipe my mom has been making for years.

Mom’s Corn Casserole Recipe
Two years ago I finally asked for her recipe when my daughter requested it for dinner in the spring. Months and months away from the holidays we typically enjoy Corn Casserole on. A quick telephone call and mom’s Corn Casserole recipe joined my cookbook and I’ve made it many times since.
I have to be honest, I have no idea where my mom got her Corn Casserole recipe and to me, it’s always been her recipe. Her love goes into it when she bakes it and that’s what makes it special and what now makes mine special. It’s a super easy corn casserole recipe and one I hope your family loves too!
Corn Casserole Recipe
- 1 Can of Whole Kernel (drained)
- 1 Can of Cream Corn
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 1 egg – beaten
- 1 Box of Cornbread Mix
- 1/3 Cup of Butter
- Salt and Pepper
How to Make Corn Casserole
Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and whisk together. Mixing all the ingredients together in a bowl has never been easier! When I recently made Corn Casserole I put the Mealthy HandBlend to the test and it did the job tremendously well! There are several attachments but for this recipe, I used the whisk that helped me accomplish the task in seconds.
After all the ingredients are whisked together, pour them into a casserole dish. Melt butter and pour over the top. Put it in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Let cool before serving – if you can keep everyone out of it that is!
I can’t say enough good things about Mealthy HandBlend. This complete immersion blending system has your kitchen needs covered with blender, whisk, and chopper attachments, as well as a smoothie cup! Pair it with the Mealthy MultiPot and making soups and sauces just got even easier!
