Next year, I will have a freshman in high school. I’m so excited for her to begin this next journey in her life, but my mind is already racing into the future. College. AP classes are on her schedule next year, and college classes could be available to her before we know it. College application time is nearing, and I’m beginning to look at student loan options for her. Man have things changed since I was applying for student loans seventeen years ago!
Back in 2000 when I attended college, student loans helped make that possible, in addition to a small scholarship I was awarded. When I began looking at and applying for student loans, I had no idea what to do, how many there were, or what I needed. After hours of paperwork and dragging my mom to a few in office meetings, my student loans were approved and I was officially a college student. I was not looking forward to the stress again, and I recently found out that I don’t have to!
Save More, Stress Less with College Ave Student Loans
College Ave Student Loans makes the student loan process easy, simple and clear so students can get on with what matters most: a bright future. Where was this when I was school loan shopping?! 😀 Right now we have less than $3000 in debt and very little savings. With four kids, I have to look at all the options when it comes to college for them, and a Parent Loan with College Ave is an option I’m looking at. Financial situations are unique to each family and I love that College Ave Parent Loans offer more flexibility to fit your specific financial situation than many other private parent loan options.
- With College Ave Parent Loans you have the option to get up to $2,500 deposited directly into parents’ bank accounts so they control the spending for extra education expenses like books, electronics, dorm supplies and more.
- Parents also have the option to start paying in full right away, or to limit monthly payments while the student is in school, and to pick their own repayment terms from 5 to 12 years.
With the student loans I had seventeen years ago, I don’t remember having lots of options other than being able to waive payments while in school, or defer them due to hardship. Being able to set repayment terms from 5 – 12 years is one of the wonderful options that College Ave Parent Loans offer, because you never know how long it will take to find a job after you have your degree.
I instantly breathed a sigh of relief when I learned all the help with Student Loans from College Ave I had at my fingertips. No phone calls placing me on hold a dozen times, no lining up sitters to make office appointments with loan officers, and no filling out the same paperwork a zillion times. Not only does College Ave Student Loans save time and stress when looking for student loans, it can also save you money! There is no origination fee and lower rates than the federal loan, for those with qualifying credit.
If your child is entering college soon, or if you are looking for student loan options, save more and stress less with College Ave Student Loans and a Parent Loan!
