Ever since the twins were born, I’ve considered chasing after two toddlers my daily workout. They are fast and flexible, which puts mommy through a physical fitness challenge regularly. It’s helped me knock off about 20lbs without much effort, but I’ve hit a wall. Instead of giving up, I’m adding in a daily walk and refueling with Mommy’s Berry Chocolate PB Banana Protein Shake! I’m sharing the recipe in today’s sponsored post with Premier Protein.
Mommy’s Berry Chocolate PB Banana Protein Shake
Berry Chocolate PB Banana Protein Shake Ingredients
- 1 Premier Protein Chocolate Shake
- 1 Banana – peeled and frozen
- 2 Strawberries – stem removed, sliced, and frozen
- 3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
Berry Chocolate PB Banana Protein Shake Directions
- Break the frozen banana into pieces.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend on high until the mixture is slightly chunky.
- Scoop into a large cup and serve with a spoon.
- Drink & Enjoy!
Mommy’s Berry Chocolate PB Banana Protein Shake tastes like a peanut butter cup with a hint of banana, and it’s is SO good! If you really like strawberries, you may want to add more to get the flavor, because that part was very subtle if it all there. Other than that, this is going to be enjoyed many more times since it is so easy to make!
I went with Premier Protein Chocolate Shake because they are on sale at Costco right now! From August 4th – August 23rd you can save $5.00 Premier Protein’s 18-pack shakes available in chocolate, vanilla, and strawberries and cream. Can you imagine the strawberries and cream mixed up with fresh berries and a chocolate drizzle? Yum!
